Learning WordPress Tips and Tricks

wordpress

Guys, I am really sorry for not writing much. Actually I’ve not been blogging infact. Is it just my stubborness to Blog or what ? Its like, I don’t know what to Blog but I wanna blog. I always wanted to do something for this world in Technology front and I don’t know how am I gonna do that. I am really not sure.

Anyways lets get to the point. I chose WordPress as my blogging script after alot of research. it is said to be the most used blogging script in this world. It would have been a hit if aliens also blogged.  I have been using WordPress for the last 8-9 months and still I am not really familiar with it. Well I must not say familiar because I have been able to post.. yeah thats correct. But I am not getting what I want. I want a really nice and beautiful blog. I mean it should look perfect. I am not a coder, just a part time copy paster so I look for tutorials on the Internet. I was using phpBB earlier. I used it for over 2-3 years. I was actually good at that. I have setup a really nice forum of my own but that is not used for anything. Just to show off.

Now the thing is that I want a really nice and good looking Blog. I mean the theme and widgets should be nice. There are really nice ideas in my mind to setup my blog but due to coding incompetency, I have not been able to materialise those ideas.

At this point in time I am looking for some cool tricks and hacks for a post. I want to a perfect reading page of a post. I mean including the social bookmarking, related posts, rss and email link stuff. I mean there are so many of them. Basically, for post footer. I have really seen some cool footer designs but I want to compile a list of hacks and plug-ins for a single shown post. I will let you know what I mean, if you don’t understand.

Wherever I’ve looked at for these tips and tricks on WordPress, they are all old.

Till the time I compile the list, Chao !
